Aigul and my sisters are also eager to try some American food. Fortunately for me, lasagna ingredients are pretty easy to come by, and my Aunt Elena made sure I left America with a gallon zip-lock full of the spices and seasonings I would need to survive in a country whose main flavors are: salt, meat, oil, meat, mayonnaise, salt, and meat.
